Returning Equipment

If your AirSprite equipment is in need of repair, we request that you obtain an RMA number prior to sending any items back to the factory by contacting us at support@airsprite.com. This RMA number will expedite the repair and return process and we request that you write the RMA number on the outside of your shipping carton as well as on any paperwork that is sent to us. Please also refer to this number when calling with questions.
